Using a fork, prick holes all over the sheet<\/li>\n<li>Place on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl, pour the double cream and add the icing sugar. Whisk to form soft peaks, cover and place in the fridge for it to set a little<\/li>\n<li>Once the pastry is out of the oven, allow it to cool completely.
