The cheese should leave \u00bd centimetre border along the pastry square<\/li>\n<li>On top of the cheese slices, add your mini sausages. You could also add caramelised onions here<\/li>\n<li>Bring two diagonal corners over the top of the sausage and seal using an egg wash. Place a cocktail stick through the centre of each arrow to keep the corners together and stuck to the sausage<\/li>\n<li>Once they are all done, place on a lined baking tray (you can use the baking paper provided with your sheet). Make sure to leave space between each arrow.
