Cheesy Chicken &<\/span> Potato Pastries<\/h1>

A delicious side for any meal, packed with flavourful veggies and (everyone\u2019s favourite) melted cheese – Makes 24 small or 16 large individual pastries<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>\n

Ingredients:<\/strong><\/div>\n

  • Pastry World Puff Pastry Rolled Sheets \/ Pastry World Puff Pastry 5\u201d Squares<\/li>\n
  • 1 large \/ 2 small chicken breasts, chopped into small pieces<\/li>\n
  • 1 tsp salt<\/li>\n
  • 1 tbsp green masala<\/li>\n
  • \u00bd white onion<\/li>\n
  • 1 tsp green masala<\/li>\n
  • \u00bd red bell pepper, diced<\/li>\n
  • 1 tsp salt<\/li>\n
  • \u00bd cup sweetcorn<\/li>\n
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced<\/li>\n
  • \u00bd pack grated 4 cheese blends<\/li>\n
  • 1 egg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n
    Method<\/strong><\/div>\n

    1. Cook the chicken in butter, salt and green masala \u2013 dry out and keep aside<\/li>\n
    2. Soften the onion in butter, add green masala and bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes until the ingredients are well softened<\/li>\n
    3. Add salt and sweetcorn and mix \u2013 set aside this mix<\/li>\n
    4. Boil the potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes and drain<\/li>\n
    5. Combine the 3 different mixes together<\/li>\n
    6. Once cooled, add in the cheese and mix well<\/li>\n
    7. Fill your chosen pastry with the mix and brush with an egg wash<\/li>\n
    8.
