Cheesy Chicken & Potato Pastries

A delicious side for any meal, packed with flavourful veggies and (everyone’s favourite) melted cheese – Makes 24 small or 16 large individual pastries
Ingredients:
- Pastry World Puff Pastry Rolled Sheets / Pastry World Puff Pastry 5” Squares
- 1 large / 2 small chicken breasts, chopped into small pieces
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp green masala
- ½ white onion
- 1 tsp green masala
- ½ red bell pepper, diced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup sweetcorn
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- ½ pack grated 4 cheese blends
- 1 egg
Method
- Cook the chicken in butter, salt and green masala – dry out and keep aside
- Soften the onion in butter, add green masala and bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes until the ingredients are well softened
- Add salt and sweetcorn and mix – set aside this mix
- Boil the potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes and drain
- Combine the 3 different mixes together
- Once cooled, add in the cheese and mix well
- Fill your chosen pastry with the mix and brush with an egg wash
- Bake in a preheated oven at Gas Mark 7 (220°C / 200°C Fan) until golden
